Nutrivene Cogent db Plus

Nutrivene Cogent db Plus is an herbal dietary supplement that has been widely studied in type 2 diabetes and is now available in the U.S.  
 
A study published in Diabetes, Obesity and Metabolism showed that the use of Cogent db resulted in a reduction in blood glucose, serum and tissue (liver and kidney) lipids. Cogent db exhibited a strong antihyperlipidaemic (acting to prevent or counteract accumulation of lipids in the blood) effect, which could exercise a beneficial action against macrovascular complications (cardiovascular disease) associated with diabetes mellitus.(1)  
 
Another clinical trial conducted on Cogentdb and published in The Journal of Alternative & Complementary Medicine indicated that Cogent db is safe, reliable, tolerable, and efficacious in the control of type 2 diabetes mellitus(2) and a study in 2002 showed Cogent db to be more effective in improving glucose tolerance than a known anti-diabetic drug.(3)  
 
Cogent db contains 390 mg of Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum graecum) seed, 268 mg of Chinaberry (Melia azedarach) stem bark, 268 mg of Spreading Hogweed (Boerhavia diffusa) whole plant, 236 mg of Burra Gokhru (tribulus terrestris) whole plant, 236 mg of Turmeric (Curcuma long) rhizomo, 133 mg of Emblic Myrobalan (Phyllanthus emblica) fruit, 133 mg of Myrobalan (Terminalla chebula) fruit, 100 mg of Bitter Gourd (Momordica charantia) wholte plant, and 34 mg of Jambal (Eugenia cumini) fruit per 2 tablets. Other ingredients: include magnesium oxide, magnesium carbonate, sodium starch glycolate, hydrroxypropylmethylcellulose, talc, vegetable stearate, plyoxyethylene fatty acid esters, sodium methyl hydroxybenzoate, sodium propythydroxybenzoate, carnauba wax.  
 
Cogent db is free from sugar, yeast, milk derivates, wheat and corn starch, gluten, artificial colors and flavors.  
 
Cogent db should be used only as a complement to any existing medication. Do not stop existing medication unless directed to do so by your doctor, If symptoms persist, seek medical advice.  
 
Directions: As a dietary supplement for adults, take 1 or 2 tablets 2 times per day after meals or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
