Not all fruits are created equal [Video]

Eating plenty of fruit is always good advice. For those trying to manage their weight as they age, though, certain fruits are better than others.

According to new research from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, all fruits and vegetables contain flavonoids. These naturally occurring compounds are believed to have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, meaning the more flavonoids a fruit has, the less impact it could have on weight gain.

So what are these amazing fruits? The study found apples, berries and grapes to be especially high in flavonoids, and therefore linked to less weight gain. For supplements to support your weight management plan, be sure to visit our site.
