Aalgo’s seaweed, harvested off the North West, West and South West coasts of Ireland, contains large air sacks and as a result it floats vertically in small forests normally found in sheltered rocky bays. It contains very high concentrations of B1, B2, B3, B6, E ,H, K3, Vitamin C and Beta–Carotene, and many minerals.

For a weekly bath, add 2 tablespoons of Aalgo to a LUKE WARM bath. Aalgo acts as an exfoliant to get rid of dead, dry skin
For a detox bath, add 3 – 5 tablespoons of Aalgo seaweed powder to your bathwater 3 to 5 times per week.
**Rinse bath to remove all seaweed residue immediately following bath.**
