AM Formula contains 250 mg of Green Tea (Carnellia Sinensis) Leaf Extract, 50 mg of Panax Ginseng Root Phytosome, and 20 mg of Black Cohash Root (Cimicifuga Racemosa) Rhizone Extract. Other ingredients include cellulose, modified cellulose gum, modified cellulose, titanium dioxide color, magnesium stearate, lecithin, and carnauba wax.
PM Formula contains 200 mg of Valerian (Valeriana Officinalis) Root Extract, 100 mg of Hops (Humulus Lupulus) Flower Extract, 50 mg of L-Theanine, and 20 mg of Black Cohash (Cimicifuga Racemosa). Other ingredients include cellulose, modified cellulose, modified cellulose gum, magnesium stearate, carrot color, lecithin, carnauba wax, and paprika extract color.
CAUTION: Women who are pregnant or nursing should not use this product.
Dosage Recommendations: 1 (white) AM tablet in the morning and 1 (purple) PM tablet approximately 30-45 minutes before bedtime. It may take four to five weeks to achieve full benefits. Continue use to maintain benefits.
Each box of Enzymatic Therapy AM/PM Menopause Formula contains 30 tablets of AM Formula and 30 tablets of PM Formula. Contains no sugar, salt, yeast, wheat, gluten, corn, dairy products, artificial flavoring, or preservatives. All colors used are from natural sources.
