Culinary Ingredient is the classic food ingredient – ready-milled grains of wild Ascophylum nodosum Human Food Seaweed for use in everything from soups to risottos, sprinkled onto almost any raw or cooked food. Used in baking it can replace as much salt as you wish.
Seagreens® classic ready-milled grains of wild Ascophyllum seaweed are used in cooking and baking, or sprinkled on almost any raw or cooked food. In 2008 the government-funded Food Innovation project approved Seagreens® as a healthy replacement for salt.
